I received your letter dated May 24th. In reviewing my history with you as a customer I noted I have been treated in an unprofessional business manner. You may drop my credit line completely as I will no longer be using you card services and will be mailing the card cut up back to you. Nor will I except any offers from your business in the future. Further more your business actions will and have been posted to my personal website for the purpose of warning present and potential customers of your service antics along with a posted copy of your BBB ratings. I intend to continue to pay down my debt with you but do not be surprised if the interest rate your charging me becomes challenged and legal recourse is sought by me against you personally.
